We collect name, email, phone number, booking data (dates, times, number of bags) and, for partners, business data and identity documents. Payment data is handled by our authorized payment providers.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to manage bookings, provide support, send service communications, comply with legal obligations and, with consent, send marketing communications.
4. Retention
Personal data is kept for the time necessary for the stated purposes and for applicable tax/legal obligations. Account data can be deleted upon user request.
